You're placed in the tier that matches your monthly claim volume. If you exceed your tier's cap mid-month, you move to the next tier for that billing period. Tier is reassessed at each renewal.

Terms

  • Initial term: 3 months
  • 90 days' written notice to terminate
  • Up to 180-day transition support, no lock-in
  • Invoices monthly, due within 7 business days

90-Day Retrospective Audit

A deep dive into your last 90 days of claims to surface denials and underpayments worth revisiting. Elected in writing before work begins.

Statement generation, mailing, balance aging, and collection support for patient balances. Includes coordination with third-party collection agencies when needed.

Additional Location / Provider Setup

For each additional practice location or rendering provider added after onboarding requiring separate payer enrollment.

Template & Workflow Customization

Material customization beyond standard specialty billing templates.

Billing Advisory Overage

Additional specialty billing advisory beyond the 2 hours included in the monthly flat rate.

Late payments may incur a 3% late fee per 30-day period outstanding, to the extent permitted by law.
