This Privacy Policy explains how Practice Prosperity Management, LLC d/b/a Reimbursement Remedy ("Reimbursement Remedy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through this website. We are a specialty medical billing firm serving wound care, podiatry, and vascular specialist practices. This website is a marketing and information site. We do not provide patient care or collect patient health information through it. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

No Protected Health Information

Practice Prosperity Management, LLC d/b/a Reimbursement Remedy does not collect, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) through any website form. Our forms collect business contact information only. Please do not submit patient names, health conditions, insurance IDs, or any other PHI through this site. If you accidentally submit PHI, we will delete it promptly upon discovery.

If you need to share PHI with our billing team during an active engagement, that exchange happens through secure, HIPAA-compliant channels covered by a separate Business Associate Agreement, never through this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly when you submit a form:

• Name and title or role (such as physician, practice manager, owner)
• Practice name, practice type, and practice size
• Business email address and phone number
• State and approximate monthly claim volume
• An optional free-text note describing your biggest billing frustration
• Anything else you choose to include in a message

Information collected automatically when you visit:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, device type, referring website
• Pages visited and time spent on the site

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry when you submit a contact or booking form.
• Schedule and conduct your call (your Reimbursement Optimization Analysis) and send booking confirmations.
• Send service updates or marketing emails only if you have opted in or have an existing business relationship with us (consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act).
• Operate and improve the site.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run our business:

• Netlify: website hosting and content delivery
• Resend: confirmation and transactional email delivery
• Google (Google Calendar): appointment scheduling for booked calls

When you book a call, the contact and practice details you provide are added to our business calendar as an appointment, and a confirmation email is sent to you. We may also disclose information where required by law, in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), or to protect the rights and safety of Reimbursement Remedy, our visitors, or others.

Cookies and similar technologies

We keep our use of cookies and tracking to a minimum. The site stores a small preference in your browser to remember your light or dark mode choice. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required by law. You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

Data retention and security

We retain form submissions and booking requests for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to keep ordinary business records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
