Don't have these handy? Come anyway. We can work with what you know.

The call is built for wound care, podiatry, vascular, and wound-adjacent specialty practices. If your practice falls outside that focus, we'll tell you honestly on the call.
About your Reimbursement Optimization Analysis
When you book a Reimbursement Review, you're booking your Reimbursement Optimization Analysis. Same call. Here's what to expect.
How long is the Reimbursement Optimization Analysis call?
30 minutes. It's a call with Brittany, not a sales pitch, so it doesn't take long to see where your billing stands.
Who runs the call?
Brittany Walthall. She has oversight of every account and coordinates with the team on your billing.
Does booking a call cost anything?
Nothing. The call is no charge and no obligation. We'll look at your denial rate, your AR aging, and your underpayment exposure, then tell you what we see.
Do I need to prepare anything?
It helps to know your denial rate, your top three payers, and your monthly claim volume. If you don't have those handy, come anyway. We'll figure it out together.
Is the call a sales pitch?
No. You'll get an honest read on your billing: what's working, what isn't, and where we'd focus first.
What if I'm not ready to switch billers?
That's fine. There's no obligation, and you'll still leave with a clear read on where your billing stands. When you're ready, you're welcome to come back for the next cycle.
Which specialties do you bill?
Wound care, podiatry, and vascular specialists. That's our specialty, and it's all we do. If your work sits outside that, we're glad to point you toward someone who's a better match.
How do I know if I should book a call?
If you're a provider or practice manager and billing feels harder than it should, book one. The practices that get the most from it usually have rising denials, aging AR, or a hunch they're being underpaid. If that sounds familiar, we'll find it.
How many practices do you take on each month?
Two or three. We keep it small on purpose, so your account gets the attention it needs.
When can I start?
New practices start each month between the 15th and the 30th. If this cycle's full, we'll get you into the next one, so you won't wait long.
What happens after the call?
If we're a fit, we'll put together a proposal. Either way, you'll leave with a clear picture of where your billing stands, and that's yours to keep.
