Reimbursement Remedy was built to fill a gap nobody else was filling. Wound care and podiatry practices were handed billing guidance by sales reps and distributors who had a product to move, not a practice to protect. Most of that advice was wrong.

Brittany Walthall recognized the problem immediately. Nearly 20 years in specialty billing had shown her the same thing from the inside. Technology alone wasn't the answer. Billing expertise alone wasn't enough. We built Reimbursement Remedy to be both, because practices in this space deserve a partner accountable for getting it right.

Wound Care Certified Medical Billing Specialist

Denise brings 25 years in specialty physician offices, front and back office, including office manager for a spine surgeon. That clinical background (insurance verification, preauthorizations, surgery scheduling) shapes how she reviews every claim. She's certified in wound care, medical assisting, and bone density, with expertise in spine X-rays and C-arm imaging.

Heather Childress

Insurance Verification Specialist

A detail-oriented IVR specialist with two years optimizing verification workflows. Holds an Associate of Science degree and a wound care certification. She's proficient in ClickUp for task and project management, plus insurance verification tools like Waystar, Noridian, and PVerify.
